Parents and students who want to enroll at Capricorn TVET college were already queuing on Sunday 14:00pm for when college officials open tomorrow morning outside the Peter Mokaba stadium.
Enrollment at the college was suspended last week Thursday to Monday after a stampede erupted leaving some students badly injured.
